The Only Pirate At The Party by Lindsey Stirling

So, I'm not sure how many of you have even heard of the artist Lindsey Sterling, but in my humble opinion, I think she pretty fantastic. She is a hip hop violinist who also does some wild dancing. She can do a back bend while playing the violin which was unheard of until Lindsey came around. She never ceases to impress me as a performer and as a musician. Lindsey took the time to write a memoir, The Only Pirate At The Party, the first of many for me. She was absolutely hysterical. I was cracking up the entire time. She and her co-author did very well at pulling off the sense of emotion behind each chapter while still remaining comical which is a hard act to balance. I learned so much about Lindsey and her character that I felt like I was her friend in a way. It was such a quick read! I loved it and I highly recommend it!
